777xxx Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the 777xxx platform, which operates at 777xxx.online and any associated mobile applications, software, and services (collectively, "the Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by 777xxx.

By registering an account, depositing funds, accessing any game, or using any feature of the 777xxx Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you accept them unconditionally. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between 777xxx and each registered member. These Terms are written in English and the English version governs in all cases, regardless of any translated summary that may be provided.

777xxx reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the registered address or via an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this document.

To use the paid features of 777xxx, you must register a member account. Registration is free. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address.

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one account on 777xxx. Registering multiple accounts – whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address – is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials.
• You must not share your password with any other person or allow anyone else to access your account.
• You must notify 777xxx immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 777xxx will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep login details secure.

To register and use 777xxx you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777xxx strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will request proof of age during KYC verification.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own account. You may not open or operate a 777xxx account on behalf of another person.
• You must not be a current employee, director, agent, or close family member of any employee or director of 777xxx or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion arrangement that would prevent you from engaging in online gaming.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

777xxx is designed and marketed for the Pakistani market. Members accessing the platform from outside Pakistan do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction. 777xxx does not warrant that use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before 777xxx will process any withdrawal from a member account. KYC verification is a one-time process and typically takes a few minutes once the required documents are submitted.

The following documents are accepted for KYC verification:

• Valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) – front and back, clearly legible.
• Valid Pakistani passport (photo page).
• A selfie photograph holding the identity document, taken on the same day as submission.

777xxx may also request proof of payment method ownership (a screenshot showing your name on the Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account) and proof of source of funds for large transactions. These requests are made in compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations and will not delay withdrawal processing unreasonably once documents are received.

All deposits at 777xxx are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777xxx does not charge any fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own standard charges, which are outside 777xxx's control.

Accepted deposit methods are: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit across mobile wallet methods is Rs 500. The minimum for IBFT and card deposits is Rs 1,000.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using payment methods registered to another person will be reversed and the associated account reviewed.
• 777xxx reserves the right to request evidence of payment method ownership at any time.
• Funds deposited at 777xxx may only be used for gaming purposes on the Platform. Depositing and immediately withdrawing without genuine play activity may be treated as an attempt to use 777xxx as a payment processing service, which is prohibited.

If a deposit fails or is delayed, check your wallet or bank statement before resubmitting. Duplicate deposits resulting from multiple submissions of the same transaction cannot always be reversed. Contact support immediately if you believe you have been double-charged.

Withdrawals from 777xxx are processed in PKR. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for IBFT and card withdrawals. 777xxx charges no fees on withdrawals.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless a verified alternative is on file in your account settings. This same-source policy exists to protect members against unauthorised withdrawals and to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus with remaining wagering requirements must be fully met before the corresponding balance can be withdrawn.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are: mobile wallets within a few hours; IBFT within 2–4 hours; cards within 6 hours. VIP members receive priority and in some cases instant processing.
• 777xxx reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. These checks will be completed as quickly as possible and will not be used to unreasonably delay legitimate withdrawals.

777xxx offers a range of bonuses and promotions including the 200% welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback, VIP rewards, and seasonal promotions around PSL season, Eid, and other occasions. All promotions are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in the Promotions section of the Platform.

The following general bonus rules apply to all 777xxx promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• The standard wagering requirement for bonus funds is 5× (five times) the bonus amount at minimum odds of 1.50.
• Bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited. Unclaimed or unexpired bonuses are forfeited after this period.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member, per household, and per device. Duplicate registrations to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitute bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after completing the wagering requirement on bonus funds are withdrawable.
• 777xxx reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated as promptly as is practicable.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse – including but not limited to coordinated wagering to reduce risk, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures – will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

All bets placed on 777xxx are final once confirmed on the bet slip. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the member after submission. If a technical issue prevents a bet from being accepted, no funds will be deducted and no liability arises on either side.

For sports and PSL betting, the following settlement rules apply:

• Bets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or league.
• In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed before the required minimum play time, bets are voided and stakes returned unless explicit rules for the specific market state otherwise.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) may be voided by 777xxx regardless of whether the bet has been settled. A palpable error is one where the odds offered are demonstrably incorrect relative to the market consensus at the time.
• Maximum payouts per bet are subject to platform limits. These limits are displayed on the bet slip and may vary by sport, market, and event.

For casino and card games including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, and Blackjack, game outcomes are determined by the live dealer, the physical deck of cards, or the certified random number generator as applicable. Completed rounds cannot be reversed.

For Virtual Sports, results are determined by a certified random number generator that is independently audited. Bet settlement occurs automatically upon event completion. No post-settlement adjustments are made to virtual sports results.

For the Aviator game, the multiplier at which you cash out is the multiplier applied to your stake. Failure to cash out before the plane flies away results in a lost bet. 777xxx does not accept responsibility for missed cash-outs caused by a member's internet connection failing.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 777xxx and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and potentially reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's payment method to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Attempting to launder money through deposit and withdrawal activity without genuine gaming play.
• Exploiting any software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes on the Platform.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or AI tool to access the Platform, place bets, or extract data.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage at any table or game.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's normal operation or other members' gaming experience.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or coordinating with other members to exploit promotional structures.

777xxx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated without first contacting 777xxx support.
• A court order or legal requirement directing 777xxx to freeze or close the account.
• At the member's own request via self-exclusion or voluntary closure.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, the member will be notified via their registered email or in-platform message. The investigation will be completed as quickly as practicable. Legitimate balances will be returned where no breach is found. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the conduct.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 777xxx support. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method after standard processing checks.

The 777xxx VIP Club consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Tier progression is based on cumulative real-money wagering activity. 777xxx determines tier thresholds at its sole discretion and may revise them at any time.

• VIP tier benefits including cashback percentages, withdrawal speed, and personal account manager access are subject to change. Current benefit schedules are published in the VIP Club section of the Platform.
• VIP status does not exempt a member from these Terms or from any applicable regulatory requirements.
• Cashback rewards credited under the VIP programme carry a 1× wagering requirement at minimum odds of 1.30 unless stated otherwise in the specific cashback offer.
• 777xxx reserves the right to remove VIP status from any member who is found to have breached these Terms, regardless of their wagering history.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent outside of the Platform's standard withdrawal process.

777xxx is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help members maintain control of their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all members at all times in account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit increases take 24 hours to apply; limit decreases are immediate.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period. When the limit is reached, play is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an alert after a session of your chosen length.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. The account is suspended immediately and cannot be reactivated before the period ends.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account with no option to reopen. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours. 777xxx will not send marketing communications to self-excluded members.

777xxx collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 777xxx includes registration information, KYC documents, payment transaction records, game and betting activity, and device and location data collected during Platform use. This data is used for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and (where consent is given) marketing.

777xxx will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required by law or necessary for Platform operation. All data sharing is conducted under appropriate data processing agreements.

All content on the 777xxx Platform including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, database structures, and promotional materials is the exclusive intellectual property of 777xxx or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of 777xxx intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights enforceable at law.

The 777xxx Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 777xxx takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and accuracy, no warranty is given that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xxx's total liability to any member for any claim arising from or relating to use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 777xxx is not liable for losses caused by the member's own internet connection failures during live gaming or bet placement.
• 777xxx is not liable for losses resulting from the member sharing account credentials with a third party.
• 777xxx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 777xxx's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence.

777xxx may amend these Terms at any time. For material changes that significantly affect member rights or obligations, at least 7 days' notice will be provided via email to the registered address or via an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

For minor amendments – including clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or changes required by law on short notice – changes may take immediate effect. The revised date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the most recent amendment.

Continued use of 777xxx after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
